When young people learn how to safely lift weights, they’re not just getting stronger physically—they’re also building a healthier mindset.
We offer both year-round small groups as well as summer/winter intensive courses dedicated to youth strength training.
Your teen will be encouraged to grow in a professional and highly educational environment. Every child is taught how to safely and effectively navigate a gym environment.
Summer / Winter Courses
Families, Teams, Athletes, Homeschool Groups — This 6-week structured program is for every child ages 12-18, any experience level.
60-Minute Strength + Conditioning Sessions
