Small Group Strength

60-minute sessions held with regular groups of 3-6 people on a weekly basis. Your dedicated strength coach will program your workouts individually to maximize resistance and personal progress, giving you a personal training experience at a fraction of the cost.

Auxiliary Conditioning

30-minute sessions held for groups up to 12 people on a daily basis. Conditioning coaches will program workouts to support and enhance (but not replace) the foundation of muscle and capacity you are building with your strength sessions.

Every strength & conditioning membership includes weekly strength sessions and unlimited conditioning sessions. Membership rates are run on a 4-week billing cycle.
